How long does it take to open an account?
We aim to have your account ready in as little as 3 hours. For some customers, the process can take up to 3 days, but we’re here to help answer your questions at any time.
Will I get a Dutch IBAN?
Yes. You receive a local NL IBAN that works everywhere—pay suppliers, receive payments, set up direct debits.
Is my money safe?
Your funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds, and protected up to €100,000 under the EU Deposit Guarantee Scheme.
Who can open an account?
Any Dutch BV with at least one director who is an EEA resident. We support most Dutch legal entities including holdings, VOFs, and foundations.
Can I add team members?
Yes. Add employees or your accountant with custom permissions. Issue additional cards as needed.
How do I make international payments?
Transfer to 160+ countries directly from your account. Exchange rates and fees are shown upfront before you confirm.
Is neno a bank?
Neno partners with Swan for payment services. Swan is an Electronic Money Institution regulated by the French ACPR and registered with De Nederlandsche Bank.
Can I use this as my primary business account?
