Do I need to visit a notary in person?
No. Identity verification happens via a short video call. You won't need to visit a notary office.
What's included in the price?
Everything: notarial deed of incorporation (including articles of association), shareholder register, KVK registration, digital company extract, and UBO register filing. The KVK invoices a separate €82.25 registration fee directly to your BV.
Is there a minimum starting capital?
Since 2012, there's no €18,000 requirement. You can incorporate with as little as €0.01. We default to €1.20 (120 shares of €0.01) for flexibility if you later want to issue or transfer shares.
Can I register my BV at an address other than my home?
The initial registration must use your residential address. After incorporation, you can change the address at the KVK for free.
